At least they didn’t used to be, until they introduced dairy and Western foods into their diets. There are so many different types of Asian food recipes that you’ll never get bored with any of them. The ingredients are all basically the same, too. Asian food includes lots of vegetables, meats and rice. The spices are basically where they differ. Follow the cook books to the letter and you’ll have Asian food recipes that will rival most of your favorite Asian restaurants.

Healthier Recipes

There are some Asian food recipes that aren’t that healthy. These include fried foods or foods that contain lots of gravy or sauce. You can make them healthier by making less of the sauce, by not frying the foods that the recipes call for,or frying them in unsatuated fat,  and you can also make them healthier by preparing the Asian food with brown rice instead of white.
